I was delighted with the hotel's fantastic location right on the riverfront in the picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon. However, the service was not courteous, lacking genuine hospitality. The location by the station provides very pretty views of the river, but the first evening's dining experience was affected by menu shortages. Despite this, the dining rates are reasonable, though dining at 6.45 felt rushed.
