Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located in beautiful Bradford on Avon, near the river, offering an urban design with comfy beds. While the rooms lacked air conditioning and space, the price was reasonable for the value provided.
I was delighted with the hotel's fantastic location right on the riverfront in the picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon. The rooms had lovely urban design and a free-standing bath, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Despite this, the service was impeccable, and the facilities were great.
The hotel offers rooms with an excellent walk-in shower in an urban design, much-needed air conditioning in extreme summer heat, and a glass of fizz. However, the service was not courteous, lacking genuine hospitality. The location by the station provides very pretty views of the river, but the first evening's dining experience was affected by menu shortages. Despite this, the dining rates are reasonable, though dining at 6.45 felt rushed.
